In an effort to be GDPR compliant, we provide our users the discretionary ability to remove themselves and all personal account information from our platform. This account deletion can only be performed by the user themselves after logging in, and is irreversible. The following article covers the ramifications and process through which a user can delete their account.
If you are a Workspace Owner looking to remove a user from your workspace then this article is not relevant. Instead, you only need to delete the user via the Users management page within your Workspace to remove their access. Doing so will free a Seat in your workspace subscription, while leaving the user’s account in our system and allowing the user to connect to their other Workspaces as normal. Effects of Account Deletion
Account deletion is permanent and you cannot reactivate a deleted account .cannot be reactivated
If you belong the account belongs to multiple workspaces, then you it will be removed from all the workspace user lists and your the user data will be deleted.
Data collected by you would the deleted account will still be available in the system but it cannot be filtered by your name. If you are (e.g. Requests, Jobs) but all personally identifiable information related to the user will be removed from the record (The account’s Name, Email etc.)
If a deleted user is re-invited to the system, old data will not able to be filtered by your name and it will only display the data that you add after the re-invitation as you are a new user.remain linked to the deleted account and not be filterable by the new user account
Data added by the re-invited user will be linked to the new account as with a new user
You may use the same email to create a new account and log into the system if re-invited to a workspace.

How to Delete Your Account (Mobile)
1. Log into your mobile app using the account you wish to delete.
If you would like to delete an account you do not have access to, please submit a support request.
2. Go to the Profile page by selecting your profile icon or name from the sidebar after logging in.
3. Press the Delete Account option.
You will see this warning alerting you to the irreversible effects of this process.
4. If you accept, press continue.
5. If you are sure you would like to delete your account, press Yes.
You may cancel the account deletion by pressing cancel and your data will be retained and your account will remain undeleted.

2. Log into your account (if you aren’t already logged in), and you should see a screen like the one on the right.
3. Click “Delete Account”.
If you are the Primary Owner of any Workspaces, you will see a message here prompting you to first delete or transfer those Workspaces.
4. The button will turn into a warning banner. Click “I’m Sure” to confirm account deletion.
You may cancel the account deletion by pressing “Go Back” and your data will be retained and your account will remain undeleted.
