Deleting Your Workspace

If you no longer require your Workspace, you can choose to delete it. This will remove all users' access to the Workspace, and automatically cancel its subscription if applicable. We recommend that you first export all of the data you require, as it will be difficult to access after you have deleted your Workspace.

After 1 month from the date of deletion, all data associated with your Workspace will be permanently removed

Before you begin, make sure you are signed in as the Workspace’s Primary Owner and that you are using the Web app. Only Primary Owners can delete a Workspace, and Workspaces can’t be deleted on the Mobile app.

  1. Click “Settings” in the Gruntify Web app menu

  2. You should be on the “Workspace Config” page, where you will find a “Delete Workspace” button

  3. Click “Delete Workspace”

  4. You will be required to tick the checkbox and enter “DELETE” in the text field before the “Delete My Workspace” button will become available

  1. Click “Delete My Workspace”; you will be redirected to the login page after the Workspace is deleted

  2. If you need to delete more Workspaces, log back in and repeat the above steps for each
