Click on the expander > to view a visual guide of each of the steps:

    1. Go to Submitted Requests

Open All Requests, double click Submitted and then click on the Request you want to assign.

    Tip

You can either search for the User you want to assign by typing their name in or scrolling through the list of users

    1. Click Save and the assignee will be notified

Once saved, the assignee will receive an email notification with the assignment details and your notes

How to Filter Requests by Assignee

    1. Go to the Requests Manager, click the Filter button

You may filter by Request Reference, Form, Form Data, Submitting User, Assigned User, Client Reference, etc.

Submitting User is the user who raised the request (usually on the field) while Assigned User is the user assigned to handle the request.

    1. Select Assigned User

Choose “Assigned User” then select a specific user from the list.

    • Or Select All to view Requests that have been assigned.
