    Grunt.AI is a Gruntify add‑on that brings AI-powered agents directly into your workspace.
    These bespoke agents are designed specifically for Gruntify and help you optimize your work like never before. Unlike general-purpose AI tools, Grunt.AI is embedded in Gruntify and focused on improving your day‑to‑day productivity inside the platform.

    Prerequisite: Workspace Owners must first purchase and enable the Grunt.AI addon from the Addons page before any Grunt.AI agents become available.

    What Grunt.AI Does

    Grunt.AI works through a set of specialized “agents” that live inside different areas of Gruntify. Each agent understands Gruntify concepts and best practices, and can:

    • Understand natural-language instructions

    • Propose or implement changes (for example, to forms)

    • Use relevant Gruntify context (such as form configuration) to complete tasks

    As new Grunt.AI agents are introduced, they will appear in relevant parts of the product. We already have plans for several new agents in our roadmap.

    Usage Limits

    To ensure reliable performance and a fair distribution of resources, Grunt.AI usage is governed by a daily token limit:

    • Limit: 500,000 tokens per workspace per day

    • What is a token? Roughly, tokens represent fragments of text sent to and from the AI model (both your prompts and the model’s responses).

    • What happens at the limit?

      • Once your workspace reaches the daily token limit, you will see a warning message and Grunt.AI features will temporarily stop responding.

      • Usage automatically resets at midnight UTC time; no manual action is required.

    If you experience unexpected pauses in Grunt.AI responses, check whether your workspace may have reached this daily limit.

    Content & Safety Policy

    Grunt.AI is powered by Azure OpenAI and inherits Microsoft’s default Azure OpenAI content filtering. This means:

    • All prompts and responses are automatically screened for unsafe or disallowed content.

    • Harmful, abusive, or highly sensitive content may be blocked, rewritten, or refused by the AI model.

    • Filtering is managed by Azure OpenAI and cannot be disabled per workspace.

    In addition:

    • Scope of use: Grunt.AI is intended only for Gruntify functionality and productivity.

      • Use it to help with configuring forms, workflows, data collection processes, and operational text related to your Gruntify use cases.

      • Do not use Grunt.AI as a general-purpose content generator unrelated to your Gruntify environment.

    • No external training: Data processed by Grunt.AI is used to provide responses and carry out actions for your workspace and is not used to train public, consumer AI models.
