How can my users attach files to a Request when they are in the field?
You can add a Files control to any form. This allows your users to upload files attached to that form. These files can then be reviewed by Controllers in the office
For example, at the end of a commonly used form you could have an attachments section. Add a Repeater and then in the Repeater have a Comment text field and a Files field. Your field workers can then create as many Comment/Files areas as they want to share files relating to this task.
Other field workers are not able to download and view the files.
On the Field Workers screen the user makes a short comment about the files and can attach as many as they want within the Files control. As the files are automatically renamed, the comment field is handy to identify original names if that is important.
What file formats are allowed?
For security, the types of files that you can upload to Gruntify anywhere in the app are restricted. You can see the full list of formats below, but you can rest assured that most common document and everyday file formats are included.

Just because a format is listed below doesn’t mean it will be accepted everywhere. These are the system-level restrictions, different requirements will apply to different areas (ie. Entity Media, Brand Logo, etc.)
