How do I schedule a repeating job? I only seem to get one-off jobs.

On the Admin Portal, go to the Time tab and select the “Make job recurring” checkbox.

You cannot set up a recurring job on the Mobile App, only one-off jobs.

Can I delete a job altogether, so it is never seen again?

If a job was created as Draft and never assigned, then you can delete the job by either

• using Delete Job from the Action menu on the All Jobs screen

• using Delete Job in the Edit screen for the Job.

If the job has been assigned to a team, then it can not be deleted. You can only return the job to Unassigned or Queued and then cancel the job.
