Styling Change for Tablet and Default Date Range

Users with Manage Workspace permission can set the default date range for request queries. That setting will be created at the workspace level, i.e. in the Workspace Setting/Layout (Display) page.
User preferences will have a new option allowing them to set their own default date range. The user range cannot exceed that of the workspace. Users will change their setting in their Profile > User Preferences page under 'Display'.
Users who have not changed their date range will use the workspace setting, but if they set a preference of their own, that range will override the workspace setting.

To make terminology consistent and more palatable the reference of 'GPS Tracking' is changed to 'Location Sharing'. (iOS)

"Workflows" functionality has been renamed to "Workflow Studio".
Read only Requests without any image attached display an empty state message. Click here for more info
Reposition toasts to bottom centre position.
Larger drop area available for more media in the media gallery. The user can now either drop onto the "Add Media" box or anywhere on the current media item. Click here for more info

Terms of Use and Privacy Policy Update

Features:
Support Jobs flag is automatically turned on for new Teams under a Business plan.
Job teams no longer require a station. They can still be configured but are now optional.
Edit Team screen label now has "Supports Jobs" replacing "Queueing" for clarity.
Job Template names are restricted to 50 characters long, so that the names are more readable on the mobile apps.
Order of the workspace names in the drop down is consistent with across both Android, iOS and the Web App.
Up to 10 media files (photos, videos, etc) can be uploaded using a single form control.

Improvements:
Terms of Use has been updated (iOS and Android).
Privacy Policy has been updated (iOS and Android).
Initial Pre Work form for a Job can be partially completed by controllers on the Android and iOS app, before the field workers accept a job.
Problems with requests shapes created on the mobile not appearing correctly on the web app has been rectified.

Metadata and Conditional Logic Improvement

General minor bug fixing.
Creating conditional logic on controls that are in a previous form section, but may not have been completed by the user in the field, is supported. There were restrictions on control were hidden by other conditions but these have been removed.

Record ID Numbering and Filter Results Improvement

Record ID numbering system for requests is updated to a more a logical sequential number. Using a max number of 6 digits for now with a total max record number of 999,999. For e.g. Requests = GR-000001, GR-000002, GR-000003 and so on. Click here for info

On Login or Workspace Change, the App will automatically download any map layers that are set to Automatic on the Admin Portal (Android). Click here for more info
Improved results bar indicating the number of matching requests currently available on the mobile app (Android).
The results now refresh whenever the map extents or filters change.
Whenever the app is trying to load the results, a prompt displaying fetching data is displayed.
Load more show up when there's more than one page of results in map view.
When user taps load more button, this update results message to loading more.
Same filter is now supported in AR, except for the "distance" filter which is 5km by default.
When filters have been applied, there is visual cue that indicates how many of filters have been applied.

Customized Roles and Automatic Map Downloads
