No Offline Mode: Unlike Requests, you must be online to update a job. The complexity of a job requires a lot more access to the cloud than a Request needs. So, if you are going somewhere with bad network access, make sure you have looked up and updated any information needed before you lose network coverage.

Supervisors and Team Leaders: Editing in the Field

Often teams will have a team leader or supervisor in the field who will need to make small changes to the jobs. Many of the changes can be done by Editing the job in the Gruntify mobile app.

The team leader can bring up the job as usual but instead of going to the forms, they click on the Action menu in the top right and choose Edit. This presents the usual Job management details from the Admin Portal (web-app) in a tabbed form on the mobile.

Job Filters

If you need to search for a particular job or filter the jobs on the map to reduce the number you see, you can search on the following values. The video tutorial below explains the status values and gives an example of using the filters.
