20250129 VERSION UPDATE
Users are now able to bulk archive requests that have been Accepted or Rejected using the bulk edit screen.
You can do this by:
Viewing your requests in the Table view
Selecting multiple requests that are either Accepted or Rejected
Clicking the Archive button above the requests
This opens a pop-up that confirms your action to Bulk Archive.
20220602 VERSION UPDATE
Users are now able to edit multiple requests of the same type using the bulk edit screen.
You can do this by:
Viewing your requests in the Table view
Selecting multiple requests of the same type
Clicking the Edit button above the requests
This opens the bulk edit screen where you can change the form data of each request.
20220714 VERSION UPDATE
Selection of requests for bulk edit indicates which requests may be edited as a batch.
When bulk select mode is enabled, display form version number in smaller text underneath form name:
Version numbers disappear when default view is again displayed ie. bulk select is disabled and no checkboxes selected:
