Why can’t I access the workspace I was invited to?

When you are first invited to a workspace, you will be required to login to an existing Gruntify account or to create a new account if you do not already have an account in that environment.

In both cases, you will be directed to open your browser to either confirm your login or to complete your account creation process.

After you log in or create your account, you will be able to log in from Gruntify Mobile and will be able to access the workspace you have been invited to as normal from the mobile application.

Why is it saying it telling me to update my browser?

When accepting an invite from your browser, it is possible that your device will detect that your browser will need to be updated before you can be redirected to accept the workspace invitation.

If you are still unable to access your mobile invite on your mobile browser we recommending accessing the workspace invitation from a desktop browser.

After your invitation is confirmed, you will be able to access the workspace from your mobile browser as expected.
