Conditional logic - whether or not a field should be displayed.
Category of the form - usually the industry for which that the form is designed.
Icon or Avatar of the form (minimum 256 x 256 pixels, maximum 512 x 512 pixels, PNG or JPG file formats)
Customized Request Titles
Mobile Device Tab Order
Media type selection and length limits
Team access permission
Style of request editing on mobile devices
Datasets used for Dropdown and Multi Select form controls.
