Requests are reports of data collection submitted from field workers. Once submitted, they will appear as dots on the map and can be viewed from the Admin Portal dashboard or using the Map/List views on the mobile app.

The controller staff can then review the request and accept it so that it would be actioned.

If the controller considers the request should not be acted upon further the request can be marked as rejected. The Request will no longer be available on the mobile app.

If you are using the Job functionality in Gruntify then controllers may be able to create a Job from details in the Request. See Creating a Job from a Request for using this feature.

If you are being overwhelmed with Requests on the Request screen see Filters and Queries for help on the Admin Portal or Mobile App Filters for help with the mobile app.

The video tutorial below will show you how to accept and reject requests.
