Key

The Workflow management screen gives you access to all the Workflow in your workspace.

Similar to other management screens, the Workflow definitions are broken up into Enabled, Disabled, Draft, and Archived. You can change the workflow status using the Action menu, accessed via the ellipsis on the right. New Workflows may be created using the New Workflow button in the top right.

  • Enabled Workflows may be run.

  • Disabled Workflows are temporarily stopped workflows.

  • Draft Workflows are those that have been created but never published

  • Archived Workflows are permanently stopped workflows. You can access the old instances but these workflows cannot be re-enabled.

Only Archive a Workflow that you never want to run again. It cannot be re-enabled!

A manually triggered Workflow can be started using Run Workflow in the Action menu.

To view the Workflow instances that have been run previously, select Edit in the Action menu
