Gruntify

Welcome, Gruntify team member . This space is where all of our Help Center and other Confluence documents live. While here, please observe the following rules:

  1. Use templates where you can

    1. Both release notes updates and tutorial pages have templates available for you in the template library

    2. You may have to search for them when creating a new page as they are not always at the top of the recommended list

  2. Use page statuses

    1. When writing a page, you can hover over the title and click the ‘Status’ button that appears above it

    2. The options are

      1. Needs Update - indicates that this is an old page which needs to be updated to reflect the current app

      2. Rough draft - indicates that this page is considered semi-complete, but that active work is not being carried out on it

      3. In progress - indicates that this page is currently being written and worked on

      4. Ready for review - indicates that this page is ready to be peer-reviewed (all work should be peer reviewed)

      5. Verified - indicates that this page has passed review and is up to date at the time of writing

  3. Keep an eye on access control

    1. It is very important to note that any page in this space which has access set to ‘Anyone’ will be visible in our customer-facing help center

    2. For this reason, it is important to set strict access controls when working on new pages until they are ready to be made public

    3. Pages in the internal section will have their access control set to implicitly only allow Gruntify team

With that in mind, happy writing! If you have any questions, feel free to ping me in the comments (@Support Specialist 5).
