Reports are summaries of requests. The default reports show the location, who submitted the request, who generated the report as well as form information, all in one report. PDF Reports are useful to create readable reports.
You can set up your own reports using Report Templates.
Reports are also used for exporting request details. Reports can be done in CSV format (for importing data to Excel), or in GeoJSON format for importing the details into another computer system.
