All Gruntify users should have their own dedicated user account to ensure effective utilization of the Audit Log and enable GPS user tracking for monitoring worker locations. Apart from the initial Primary Owner account, Gruntify accounts are created by sending an email invite to a potential user.

Users have the convenience of utilizing Microsoft, Apple, or Google single sign-on options, logging in with their preferred email account and password. Alternatively, they can opt for a Gruntify-specific password while using any email address.

Roles

There are 5 key roles in Gruntify. Users can be assigned one or more of these roles.
The user who creates initiates the initial organization becomes the Primary Owner. If this user was to stop , a role that cannot be deleted. If the Primary Owner stops using Gruntify, another user must be made designated as the Primary Owner. You cannot delete the Primary Owner account.
Have a look at the roles, and work out which of your staff are best suited to the various roles.
