What is a Form?
A form is an e-document that contains a series of tabs and fields that your field workers use for requests, jobs, or assets, and the controllers will use for reports and exports. In short, when you want to specify the information you need to collect, you do it by creating a form. This form includes different fields where users input the required data.
Creating a Form
To create a form, you can easily use the Gruntify drag and drop form builder to digitize your paper forms. You can build on a ready-made form and adjust it to suit your needs or create your own form from scratch. The ready-made forms are available from the Form Template Library.
