After a Job is Accepted by a team, a job is able to be cached for offline access and editing. Once cached and offline, you will be able to access and edit the job form and media even if there is no internet connection at the job site.
By popular demand, the map options sidebar has been added to the following map views where it did not previously exist:

Requests area filter
This will allow for greater flexibility over the layers and visualizations displayed in these views.

You are now able to connect external data sources as map layers that are updated in Gruntify whenever the external data is updated and the map is reloaded.
You can now create jobs from the job calendar view by right clicking a timeslot in the calendar and then clicking 'Create Job'. You can also update job timeframes from the job calendar view by dragging the upper or lower border of the job in the calendar view to extend or shorten job timeframes.
The ‘map options’ sidebar is now able to be visible when in the full-screen map view
Gruntify Trial emails have a new look, no information changes have been made
The privacy policy and terms of use are now displayed when a new user account is created
The look of form section headers (the header that appears when you have multiple sections to navigate) has been updated to take up less space

Custom Map Layers can now be imported to and exported from different workspaces. This also includes styling specific to the map layer.
In the form builder, under the media option, you can now add a 'Max Total Media Size' in megabytes. The default limit is 15Mb but can be set between 1 and 25. A warning will pop up of you are close or exceed this limit in the request.

Request Visualizations are now mutually exclusive with each other so that you can only have one active at a time without overlap.

There is a new Form setting under Menu called Expand Layer Controls. This can be found when creating or editing a Form.
When this setting is enabled, the location tab of this form whether it is a Request, Job or Asset Form will start with the Map Layer controls sidebar open for all users by default. This sidebar controls visibility for Custom Map Layers that are available within the workspace.
Whether this setting is enabled or not, users will still be able to manually open the sidebar by clicking the arrow on the right of the map window.

You can now edit the default PDF Export instead of having to create a custom PDF Export Template. This can be useful if you would like to have a custom template following a certain specification.

New Dashboards have been added with the following focuses accounting for a period of a week, month or all time:
Count of Requests completed by specific users
Count of Jobs completed by specific teams

You can now use the Card View for Jobs and Assets and the Calendar View for Jobs on the Web App. Each view can be used to effectively navigate your jobs and assets.

You can now see the GPS Accuracy associated with the location metadata of an image file uploaded into Gruntify if it has location coordinates and GPS accuracy associated with it. GPS Accuracy will not be displayed if it is not available. If the Location of an image is changed, the GPS Accuracy will be reset to 'Not Provided'.

A new tile called Project Information has been added to the System Dashboard and can be added to custom dashboards. This tile can be used to show project-critical details such as a project description, start and end dates, project stakeholders and a project identifier. This is configurable in the workspace settings.
Users with the appropriate permissions are now able to access user data via the oData URL provided in the workspace settings.
To improve the user experience especially when working with larger forms, you are now able to collapse or expand sections and repeaters in the Form Builder.

You can now add annotations to images in the photo control in forms. This is identical to the functionality of adding annotations to media in the media tab. This is currently only for Gruntify iOS and will come to other platforms soon.

As an alternative to the pre-existing single user invite, we are adding a bulk user invitation feature to allow Primary Owners to upload a document with multiple user emails to invite.

The request table now has unified its export buttons. The in-table export and larger export button have been unified in functionality but the in-table button has been removed for usability.

When creating and editing request forms, you are now able to change the tab order that is viewed when editing the request on Web and Mobile.
To unify terminology across Gruntify, instances referring to ‘submission’ in different places are referenced now as ‘capture’. For example, in the table view ‘Submitted On’ is now referred to as ‘Captured On’ for instances where form information might be captured but not recorded in a record on the same day.

You can now set your desired quality for photos and videos separately. You can also now choose between Low, Medium, and High for either. You can find this in the Display & Media section of the Settings menu.
When the Save Photos to the Gallery option is enabled, photos are now saved to a dedicated folder/album for easy access and identification. You can find this in the Display & Media section of the Settings menu.
You can now filter by 365 Days in the date range filter by default. You can also set this is your default filter in the User Preferences menu.
You can now minimize trip records when as part of an asset form. While minimized, you can still edit other controls in the asset form.
Images saved to the gallery will always be 1080x1080 regardless of photo quality setting
Auto-populated fields now correctly register as being filled out for mandatory fields
