Viewing Requests and Request Visualizations
Professional Business
Requests are reports of data collection submitted from field workers. Once submitted, they will appear as dots on the map and can be viewed from the dashboard.
List or Table View
The List view on Mobile or the Table view on Web allows you to sort requests easily and view a list of requests according to your set filters. This view is best used to see details such as the state, ID and even specific form data associated with a collection of requests and then sort by these fields. More information about how to effectively use filters and queries can be found here.
Card View Exclusive to gruntify web
The Card View on Web allows you to see many requests easily according to your set filters. This view is best used when you know a request has been captured recently or want to recognise requests at a glance using featured images. More information about how to effectively use filters and queries can be found here.
Map View
The Map View allows you to see requests localized to a specific area. The area can be changed by using higher or lower zoom levels depending on the area you would like to view. Using the map view, you are able to use additional features such as User Tracking, Custom Map Layers or Request Visualisations explained below .
A sidebar is available upon clicking on a request or a cluster of requests, allowing you to see more details at a glance without having to open individual requests.
Request Visualisations on the Map
Request Visualisations can be used to recontextualise how requests appear on the map.
Gruntify currently supports the following visualisations:
Request (Default)
Heatmap
Images
Assets Business Exclusive
Visualisations allow you to view requests, the images included in each request or even assets linked to the requests on the map. This is useful when you might have requests or images spread along a wide area and need more specific information about the location.
Some examples are exhibited in the Web Map View Example below.
The video tutorial below will explain how to view requests in further detail.
