20220324 Version Update

  1. Create a new form.

  2. Go-to Media and select the metadata settings (photo location and date):

    1. Optional and may be changed

    2. Optional and may not be changed

    3. Required and may be changed

    4. Required and may not be changed

  3. Go-to Requests and create a new Request. Add some media to the requests.

    1. If metadata settings for that form set to Optional and may be changed, then photo location and date will be optional and user should be able to change the details.

    2. If metadata settings for that form set to Optional and may not be changed, then photo location and date will be optional and user should not be able to change the details.

    3. If metadata settings for that form set to Required and may be changed, then photo location and date will be required (cannot upload photo without metadata) and user should be able to change the details but cannot save the Request without metadata.

    4. If metadata settings for that form set to Required and may not be changed, then photo location and date will be required (cannot upload photo without metadata) and user should not be able to change the details.
