Job Bulk Edit

Bulk edit allows you to change the general details about a batch of jobs. This helps when you have a number of jobs to change as it ensures the change will be consistent across the jobs.

Points to remember from this video:

• Use filters, column sorting & page size to get Jobs on one screen.

• All selected Jobs must have the same status.

• You can only edit the general Job fields.

• You cannot edit the values on the PreWork or Work forms.

• If editing a Job in a series, only the selected Job is changed.

• To change any new Jobs in the series, use Recurring Schedules.
