Gruntify Apps

I started using Gruntify with one of the Apps and now I would like to use another one of the Apps. How can I do this?

 Log into Gruntify Web App (using your preferred web browser) and click on "Forms" under "ADMINISTRATION".  Now click "NEW FORM". This will bring up our form template library, from which you can choose a ready-made form. These are the forms that are available in the Apps.

Choose the form you want and try to publish it.
