What versions of iOS are supported by the Gruntify mobile app?

We support the current major OS version, plus two previous versions. So at present that is iOS 13, 14 and 15. It may run on older iOS versions but they are not supported.

What versions of Android are supported by the Gruntify mobile app?

We support the current major OS version, plus two previous versions. So with the release on Android 14 on October 4, 2023 that is Android 12, 13 and 14. It may run on older versions but they are not supported.

Are any kind of pen devices supported by Gruntify?

The Apple Pencil may be used in the Gruntify app on an iPad, both for handwriting to text conversion and for signature entry as shown in the video below

I can’t find the Gruntify Mobile App on the App Store / Play Store?

The Gruntify Mobile App can be found by searching for “Gruntify” and looking for the blue and white G logo.

If you are looking for a version of the app that has been customized for your organization then talk to your Gruntify support staff - it will be available via a private link or a private app store rather than the general stores.

The Mobile App is available in App / Play Stores in the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore. It will soon be available in Europe and the UK. Make sure you are following us on your favourite social media platform to find out when Gruntify becomes available in new regions. Links can be found at the bottom of this page.

Admin Portal (Web-App)

What Browsers are supported by the Gruntify Admin Portal?

The Gruntify Admin Portal is supported for the current release versions of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge and Apple Safari on Windows 10 and macOS versions 10.15 (Catalina) and 11 (Big Sur).

Other browsers and operating system platforms may work but are unsupported. If you are using Linux, we suggest you use Chrome or a Chromium based browser.
