Completing the Trial
Professional Business
When you initially sign up to Gruntify, you start with a 14-day trial plan. This trial lets you try out all Gruntify functionality at no cost.
Towards the end of the trial, you will receive an email asking you to activate your plan. If you do not activate your plan before the end of the trial, none of your users will be able to access the Workspace until the plan is activated.
If the plan is not activated within a few days of the trial end, all Workspace data will be deleted. It cannot be recovered.
A user with the “Owner” role can activate the plan at any time by either clicking “Activate Plan” button on the blue trial banner at the top of the Web app or by selecting “Billing” in the menu. This functionality is available in the Web App only - it is not available in the Mobile App.
Upgrading your Workspace
If at any point you would like to upgrade your Workspace from a Professional plan to a Business plan, you can do so on the “Billing” page of the Web app. Simply click “Update Plan” and then “Upgrade” in the popup that opens. Note that by upgrading to a Business plan, you will increase your monthly subscription cost and incur a pro-rata charge on your next invoice. You cannot upgrade your Workspace while remaining on a Trial.
Upgrading your Workspace is irreversible
