Workspace Structure
These tutorials feature a property maintenance company called Beautiful Homes that have created a Business Workspace with Rey Bello as Primary Owner.

These tutorials will show you how Rey sets up their workspace and how staff members can use Gruntify day-to-day. More information about specific features will be linked next to where they are briefly summarised as you work through the tutorial.
By the end of this tutorial, you should have a working understanding on how Gruntify workspaces can be used to empower your team.
Staff are divided into two Teams - Horticulture and General Maintenance.
Each Team has a Supervisor and several Workers.
This structure is visually outlined below.

Staff and Teams
Staff in the same workspace can see who else is nearby in the field with GPS Tracking. This is useful if they need an extra pair of hands for safety or if a worker has to attend a site alone. The two managers are responsible for their staff but with one workspace they can also cover for each other if needed.

Horticultural Services is also broken into North and South, so that tasks can be allocated out on the basis of location as well as their Equipment. The office is co-located with the Beautiful Garden Centre Depot and all the equipment for the City North Team and the General Maintenance Team is stored there. City South Team stores their equipment at Ava’s wholesale Nursery Speciality Roses Depot. The General Maintenance team covers a range of skills, so their tasks are allocated on an Accreditation basis.
Gruntify is able to intelligently and automatically assign available jobs to teams based on their accreditations, equipment.

Roles
When a User is invited into a Gruntify Workspace, you assign them a Role. The permissions to read, create, update, and delete certain items (such as Requests, Jobs and Assets) depend on the Role you assign each User. In our example, Matt, Holly, Alex, and Priya are assigned the Worker role which allows them to create and edit Requests as well as Jobs. Jim as their supervisor, is assigned the Controller role which allows him to Accept, Reject or Edit Requests and Jobs. Lastly, Ray as the Primary Owner is granted all permissions in the workspace.
