Filtering in the Mobile App
Professional Business
Filtering in the Gruntify mobile app helps users efficiently manage Requests, Jobs, and Assets by narrowing down results based on specific criteria. Users can apply either "One-time" filters for temporary selections or "Default" filters that persist across sessions.
How to Use Filters
To open Filters in the Mobile App, go to either the Requests, All Jobs, or Assets page and the Filter Icon will be at the upper right hand corner.
Upon tapping on this icon, you will see two tabs - One-time and Default.
Select your Filters and then tap Apply once satisfied. These filters apply to the Active tab only (either One-time or Default).
Tap Reset on the upper right hand corner of the screen to clear filters in the Active tab.
One-time vs. Default
One-time Filters
Apply only during the current session.
They remain active until you manually reset them or restart the app.
Useful for quick searches when temporary filtering is needed.
Default Filters
Persist across sessions and are applied automatically when the app is reopened.
Help users maintain a consistent view of their work.
Can be modified or removed from the filter settings by clicking ‘Reset’ on the upper right hand corner.
