Linear Reference

Linear referencing is the method of storing geographic locations by using relative positions along a measured linear feature. Gruntify offers to get linear reference values and display it on screen when the data is provided in JSON or CSV format for geographical locations.

• Go-to the mobile app (Enterprise plan).

• Click on Linear Reference.

• User will get the linear reference values as they move on the road (in this case Chainage values). Property names are customisable and can be changed in settings.
