    Accessing the Alerts Center

    To open the Alerts Center, tap the bell icon located in the top-right corner of any main screen in the mobile app.

    What You’ll Find in the Alerts Center

    The Alerts Center displays all your current alerts and notifications in one convenient place, including:

    • Ongoing alerts: For example, if your device is experiencing poor GPS accuracy, you’ll see a real-time alert here.

    • Push notifications: If your workspace has the Push Notifications addon enabled, any notifications you receive while using the app will also appear in the Alerts Center for you to review later.

    Interacting with Notifications

    You have several options for managing your notifications:

    • Expand notification: Tap anywhere on the notification body to see the full message.

    • View more details: Tap the ‘View’ button to go to the source of the notification for additional details.

    • Clear notifications: To remove a notification from your list, simply swipe it to the side.

    Additional Notes

    • Notifications remain in the Alerts Center for up to 10 days, so you can always come back and review them later if needed.

    • The Push Notifications addon must be enabled in your workspace for push notifications to appear here.
